The system has user account management with different access levels for the receptionist, doctors, the person responsible for laboratory, the admin to be able to see everything and other users.
The following sections provide a sneak peak to what the Clinic Management System offers, you can contact us through our contact detail at the bottom of the page.
As you can see in the picture the main menu lists all the major functionalities required to manage a clinic.
The page for creating a patient record includes all the necessary information required for a patient including the contact detail, address and dependants of the patient.
The user can check all the Appointments for each patient through the Appointments button near the photo of the patient.
The user can also check the Checkups for each patient through the Checkups button right above the photo of the patient.
You can Add, look for, edit or delete doctors and other medical clinic staff to the system through the medical staff page.
The sytem provides attractive and easy to use interface for all the operations of the user including creation, editing and deletion of the records of all the parts of the system.
The Checkup for a patient can be created both from the patient or doctor profile through the Checkups button and gives the ability to store all the Information necessary for a checkup.
A checkup can also be created by the person responsible for laboratory through the Laboratory menu.
The checkups have different stages as the process goes on, starting from draft until end.
